Who Can Use OLHI?

Virtually all consumers of Canadian health and life insurance products and services can use our no cost services, including:

• Consumers who have question about their policy or service;
• Consumers who have an inquiry about their company complaint
  handling process;
• Consumers who have completed their company complaint handling process and wish to use our independent complaint handling process to attempt a voluntary resolution of their complaint.
