By-Laws

OLHI was incorporated in 2002 as a federal not-for-profit organization pursuant to the Canada Corporations Act. Its By-Laws set out the provisions governing the affairs of the Corporation. Click Here to access our By-Laws.

NOTE: Since OLHI was incorporated under the name Canadian Life and Health Insurance OmbudService (CLHIO) and carried on business under that name until August 17, 2009, our By-Laws are issued under that name.
