Board of Directors

OLHI's operations are overseen by its Board of Directors, the majority of whom have no ties with the life and health insurance industry. Currently the Board is comprised of nine directors, six of whom are independent from the life and health insurance industry (“Independent Directors") and three of whom are appointed by industry (“Industry Directors”).

Senior Adjudicative Officers

OLHI’s Senior Adjudicative Officers are respected members of the legal profession with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. Their role is to consider a complaint following OLHI’s conciliation stage in those limited circumstances where there is a basis to do so.
