Andrea Zviedris joined the OmbudService for Life & Health Insurance as Communications Manager in July 2014. Her responsibilities include oversight of external and internal communications and media relations, where she has managed the successful redesign of our Annual Report and web site and has also generated media coverage in national, regional and trade outlets. Andrea is also focused on plain language, to improve and simplify the way OLHI communicates with consumers.
With a B.A. of Journalism from Ryerson University, Andrea spent five years as a reporter before moving into corporate communications. For over a decade, she has honed her skill set in this field through roles of progressive responsibility with TD Bank Financial Group and Sun Life Financial.
